As a Certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner and Instructor, I am now offering “Live” Basic Quantum-Touch Workshops. The Basic Workshop is part of the requirements to become a Certifed Quantum-Touch® Practitioner and Instructor. It also offers 12 CEU’s for all nurses.
During the first 3-hour segment of a recent Interactive Video Workshop (taught by Richard Gordon, author of “Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal”), a delightful 10 year old girl worked on her father’s low back pain during a 15 minute practice session. After the first 10 minutes, her father stated that his back pain had moved to his right knee. His daughter then practiced QT on his knee for the last 5 minutes of the practice session.
When they arrived the following evening for the 2nd segment of the workshop, I asked the father how his knee was doing. He said that when he woke up that morning, he moved his knee into many different positions, literally TRYING to find some pain. He said there was no position that aggravated his knee whatsoever! His back pain was also resolved. Keep in mind that these results were accomplished by his 10 year old daughter. She has no knowledge of trigger points, no idea of what innervates what, and absolutely no idea regarding the anatomy of the lower back and/or knee. She simply placed her hands over “where it hurt”, practiced the Quantum-Touch techniques, and allowed her father’s innate body intelligence to heal itself. This really is very easy to learn.
Scheduled Workshops, Lectures/Demos
I’m planning to “officially” schedule a Live Basic QT Workshop the first weekend in September (the 6th and 7th). Please watch this website, the Quantum-Touch website, the bulletin board at Lake Ella, and the information board in the entrance to New Leaf Market for up to date information.
I offer 3 options: A Quantum-Touch Lecture/Demonstration for area groups and organizations, an Interactive Video Workshop (VWS), and a “Live” Basic Quantum-Touch Workshop (BWS) where I teach the entire 12-hour workshop.
The QT Lecture/Demo’s are free to attend. I will be happy to speak to your group or organization. Simply e-mail or call me to schedule a date and time. The tuition for the VWS is $90. The tuition for the BWS is currently $295.00 in advance, or $345 at the door. Participants 18 years old and younger, and those attending their second or subsequent Live Basic Workshop pay 1/2 price. For a $30 processing fee, RN’s, LPN’s, and ARNP’s receive 12 CEU’s (CNE’s). This Continuing Nursing Education has been approved by the New Mexico Nursing Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The optional course manual, “Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal” by Richard Gordon, will be available at all events for $20. The Live Basic QT Workshop contains information NOT taught/mentioned in the VWS, with more one-on-one personal instruction. Effective March 13th, 2008, the Live Basic QT Workshop
has been approved by the NCBTMB for 13 Continuing Education Hours for Massage Therapists.
Our approval is also effective retroactively two years.
Any massage therapist who completed the Live Basic QT Workshop beginning March 13, 2006 is eligible for these CEH’s.
“Quantum-Touch” is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider.
Please note that Continuing Education Hours or CE Hours is used by NCBTMB. They do not refer to CEU’s or credits.

I’m there at least once a week, on a night when there are no seminars scheduled. Would you like to experience a full 1-hour session? Definitely more than a taste, it’s an entire banquet. My office is at 207 Office Plaza Drive in Tallahassee. For those who are familiar with Henry Hall, (Nutritionist) and/or Dr. Antonio Betancourt (Psychiatrist), it’s the same location. I share my room with another massage therapist, so I’m not there every day. Call or e-mail me to make an appointment. I charge $50 for a 1-hour QT session, and $60 for a 1-hour massage.
To keep our workshop fees as low as possible, it is important that each workshop is near capacity. Thus we have instituted the following policies for cancellations:
Full refund minus a $35 processing fee will be given for cancellation requests received more than 10 business days before the first day of the workshop. Requests received within 5 - 10 business days before the workshop will be refunded 50%, minus a $35 processing fee. Cancellation requests received within 4 business days before the workshop or a no show will not be refunded. The cancellation fee will be waived if the cancelled space in the workshop is filled by a new registrant. Registrants needing to cancel are encouraged to help find an alternate participant in order to avoid the cancellation fee. No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.
