Coming to the Florida Panhandle?
Friday, September 5th, 2003These are a couple of referrals I’m happy to make. For a great place to eat Mexican food or fresh seafood in Tallahassee, I recommend Cabos Island Grill and Bar. They have daily food and drink specials, and a Sunday Brunch from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. that can’t be beat! For organic produce and healthy food choices, there’s locally owned New Leaf Market in the same strip mall as Cabos, Earth Fare within a couple miles further west on Apalachee Pkwy, Whole Foods Market on Thomasville Road, Trader Joe’s further north on Thomasville Road, and the newly opened Lucky’s Market on W. Tennessee and Ocala Road. With the exception of Trader Joe’s, each of those markets has a deli with tables and chairs.
